Issue With Quarterly Report

#1

Post by JamesRowley »

I’m the Stake Clerk and one of my ward clerks has this issue:

“I submitted our quarterly report from 29th ward with Bishop H.

We saw one issue that we were not able to figure out how to resolve. Our ministering interviews for both Brothers and Sisters were 100% done and had been updated during the quarter. But on the quarterly report is showed zero % for both. I tried going to previous quarter and none of the districts were still set up in the previous quarter.

If you see a way to correct the ministering interviews on our report, that would be great. Otherwise we decided to submit so we had the rest of the information submitted.”

Many thanks!

It's possible the ward clerk jumped the gun before all of the data for the new report had migrated. However, think you need to call the Global Service Center to see if they can help with this problem.

Were the districts changed or wiped out?

I will ask.

He’s fairly new. Their ward was just created in March

Thanks!

That makes me wonder if the quarterly report took a snapshot of the ministering assignments at the beginning of the quarter (April), before the districts were set up, and used that when calculating the quarterly report. If that's what happened, I think it would be a bug.
