iPad/iPhone Network Connection Issue

#1

There is a member in my ward that has an interesting issue. In our home ward building when they connect to the Liahona network their device will stay connected and work without issue for a few minutes. After a few minutes, especially if their device goes to sleep, they lose their connection to the Liahona network and are unable to rejoin the network. Last week they were visiting family in another area and connected to the Liahona network in the building they were visiting. While they were visiting this building, their device stayed connected to the Liahona network throughout the entire meeting block.

I have noticed that the computer that my ward uses for our weekly Zoom broadcast will often connect to the network, but never gets "internet" access. Because of this we have started to hardwire into the network for our weekly broadcast. I don't know if these issues are related or not, but I think they might be. So far, I haven't been able to figure out why we are having this connection issue.

I've got so many questions at this point that I don't even know where to start. Hopefully someone in the forum can guide me down a path to resolving these connectivity issues.

On the laptop that doesn't get internet access when you connect to liahona visit https://guestwirelesstermsofuse.churchofjesuschrist.org to manually show the splash screen.
