LDS Account recovery

I am the First Councilor in the Bishopric in our Ward.
And most of our members here have a problem on their LDS account. They forget their username, password and email used in making their accounts and also the phone numbers they used were deactivated or lost.
How can we recover their accounts?
Please help us!

Most members should next talk with the ward clerk. He can connect the member with the Global Services Department.

Please is there any way we can contact someone directly through email or phone number to reset our LDS account.
Or can you we just send them our Membership number and our date of birth so they can reset our LDS account.

You appear to be able to login just fine to your account to be able to post here. What system are you having issues with? And what problem are you seeing?

Does any have the support number or the web page that use to have the list for the world? Im trying to help some other members around here recover their accounts now that they dont have email or phone number and for some reason membership number wont work

Spanish Ward Clerk,
I am a Ward Clerk here in the US; I have several members coming from other countries and trying to recover their accounts. The problem is when their account is created in another country and their records are transferred to the U.S. If the member needs to recover their account from the U.S. it will not allow them to do so because their phone number and/ or email was created in that other country. Is there some way to resolve this issue? or will I have to contact GS every time?

The Account Recovery page offers MRN, E-mail, and phone.

Note that some of these options are not available depending on the person's calling.

I have tried those and can get up to the last part of verification, but then everything is grayed out.

Then I'd say the only option is to contact GS. Note that GS will only work with the member, not the clerk. But you can ask them if there's any other options for resetting passwords.
