LCR Not Letting Me Move a Record Out
Is LCR having issues? When trying to move a record out I keep getting “ sorry, something went wrong. Loading the requested data”

LCR Not Letting Me Move a Record Out
Hello,
I'm encountering an unusual issue with the LCR. It's preventing me from moving a membership record out of my ward, saying that "something went wrong loading the requested data." This started happening on Sunday this week (8/11/24).
The records do not have a move restriction set on them, and I have tried moving these records out more than once on different computers with the same results. This member's records were pushed into my ward by another ward, if that helps narrow down the problem.
I'm not sure whether this same issue is the case with other records in my ward, because this error happens after I complete the very last step of clicking the "move out" button, and I don't want to test with other records that don't need to be moved out.
I attached a screenshot of the error message to this email. Please let me know if it doesn't pull up for you.

Re: What to do when LCR is unavilable
A dependent service was down for a bit today. It looks like LCR was back up just a couple of minutes after you posted here. You must have the magic touchstluplink1 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 15, 2024 2:40 pm Is LCR having issues? When trying to move a record out I keep getting “ sorry, something went wrong. moderator note: This topic was split from the original topic thread since the topics are different. The original topic was regarding finance issues when LCR is down. This topic thread is focused on membership when LCR is down.

Your post was combined with another reporting the same thing.ravenjonahlynn wrote: ↑Thu Aug 15, 2024 4:26 pm I'm encountering an unusual issue with the LCR. Apparently it has since been fixed.

Okay, I just tried sending the members records out again and it worked this time. Thank you for updating me!
