Has anyone been reliably successful in translating the standard pdf output of a member list to an excel file? This used to be an option when downloading the file but that has gone away and I understand why.
Being in the EQ presidency now, it would be very helpful to have this ability again to sort through the list to reorganize for ministering purposes.
I have used Nitro Pro 10 which does a fair job but the columns are all pushed together and some don't align correctly.
Any help would be appreciated.

Does the Ministering tool in LCR not meet your needs? When I served as EQ President, I found it worked quite well to make modifications and discuss potential changes in a sandbox mode and didn't need to attempt to export the information outside of LCR.
The only problem I had was training the bishop to NOT "publish" the proposed changes after he approved them until we had a chance to meet with the ministers to inform them what their assignment changes would be, LOL.

Adobe has a tool that's free for limited use, and it has worked with the pdf from Member Directory. Yes, I have a few records where the columns are merged, but out of roughly 450 records, they only appear, by my careless estimate, half a dozen times.
