Are there any Church recommendations regarding camera hardware for video streams?

FM Groups have been buying & installing the ClearTouch CTS-RL500-4K20 for a few years and the RL400 before that. The church's price is ~$1k and it's comparable to cameras that are 50% higher (or more) in cost, such as those from PTZOptics.
There are less expensive solutions available, such as models from FoMaKo or others, especially if 1080p/60 is all you need, but you'll be on your own for support.
