AccessDenied Error Trying to Download Friend to Friend Video

After searching a bit, we were able to find a place to download Saturday's Friend-to-Friend: https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/stu ... g?lang=eng

(Start the video and the download link will appear in the video window.)

However, when attempting to download, regardless of resolution, we are met with this error:

Hooray, my Primary folks want to download the video and get prepared, including a test run tomorrow night! Bummer we can't seem to get it downloaded.

BTW, at that link, you don't see this week's broadcast, only one in the past. The new one is titled "Friend to Friend: Sharing the Love of Jesus with Others."

The official feedback channel is the feedback link at the bottom of most church web pages (or in the app for apps). That feedback will be read and passed on to the developers (or those who set their priorities). This forum is user-to-user mutual help and there is no guarantee a post here will get to anyone who can make a fix.
