Your bishop will need to call the Global Services Department (GSD) for them to look into the issue.

Actually, the Bishop can reach out to FSY support directly, which is who the GSD will direct him to. The Contact Info is at the bottom of the FAQ page:

My bishop has approved me for FSY i go to the FSY page to register it keep saying I have not been approved

Hi there I am having issues trying to approve my daughters registration, when I click on the link I login I choose the stake that we belong to and it keeps resetting to the location page. I am also having issue updating my contact details and new contact number

Try using private/incognito mode. It might be a known cookie build-up problem.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Thank you for your recommendations I have tried both with no luck is there an email address I can get in touch with someone direct?

Make sure your account is tied to your membership record (the account you are using here to post is not), and work with your clerk to make sure your records are in your ward.

Thank you for your response - everything has been sorted since my message here. The bishop was able to approve the application manually on my behalf - 08/09/2024

Ok, but you still have a problem with your account - it's not tied to your membership record. That's going to keep you out of any member-only content.
