Mission assignment info missing

We are currently serving a mission in Montreal Canada and our mission call has disappeared from our record on the member tools app. We are still listed as members in our home ward, but our mission assignment is no longer listed. We are also serving as Montreal Temple workers and that assignment is listed, but our mission assignment is not. We contacted our home ward clerk and he said that he cannot make that change so we don't know what happened.

Contact your mission office.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

It is my understanding that the Global Service Center is aware of mission assignments and languages not always being correct on membership records, and they have indicated that this information comes from the Missionary Department and until that department gets a software update the situation will continue, but it will all get updated correctly eventually.

If you're just concerned about it appearing on your records, then garystroble is correct.

If the issue is about accessing information, then you need to contact your mission office.
