Hello, everyone. I am having trouble accessing the worldserver to download and upload projects. They sent me a link to contact support but that doesn't seem to work either.
Can anyone help me? How come they restrict access and who can I contact?

Your account is associated with a membership record. But I'm not sure how one gets cleared to be a part of translation.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

It's possible that WorldServer doesn't use a Church Account. I'd go back to whoever gave you instructions on using it to make sure you have a login and you've been given the necessary permissions to use it.
