Hi,

Trying to access https://lcrf.churchofjesuschrist.org/ since 9am this morning UTC....but keeps timing out.

This seems to happen on a regular basis, any ideas why this keeps happening ?

Welcome to the community. It's well past Aug 1. I apologize that no one has responded to you. Church systems periodically have access issues. It's something we users learn to deal with. If it doesn't work now, try again later. There are a variety of reasons for this. If you read through various threads, you'll see it's an ongoing problem and has been for years (I'm talking in general, not specific to the finance system).

If you have specific issues, feel free to come here and ask for help. And if you're mostly in finance, look at the subforums for specific topics; you're more likely to get help on Finance issues in the "Local Unit Finance" subforum. Sometimes I post a question on the forums to see if systems are down for everyone or if it's just me. If it appears to just be me, then I might try clearing the browser cache, trying a different browser, etc. People here will try to help you with specific issues.

We are having the same problem. Clerks can access the site from home, but not from the church building. We have tried for a full week. We get this error: System down for maintenance.

Have you tried using private or incognito mode? If that gets past the problem, clearing the browser's cache(s) and deleting cookies will likely solve the problem for standard mode, as well.
