It is not an app. To schedule an appointment at the temple go to the Church website, click on the nine-dot tools menu next to your photo near the top right, and choose Temple Appointments in the drop down menu.

You can also get to the webpage from within Member Tools. Click on the menu icon, select Temples.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

When I try to schedule a temple appointment it says Internal server error.
What is the problem. I have been scheduling appointments for a long time and all of a sudden it won't let me.

The message "Internal server error" is exactly as it says. There is a server involved that is experiencing problems. All you can do is try again later.

If you're using Member Tools, the church has dropped support for anything prior to 5.x. You may need to update your OS to get the current version.
