Request for Access to Area Book Planner for Ward Mission Leader

I have heard about the Area Book Planner application, used by full-time missionaries to record and manage information about investigators. I am the Ward Mission Leader and Second Counselor in the Elders' Quorum of the Ayaviri Branch, which will soon become Ayaviri Ward. I would like to know if there is a possibility to gain access to this application or a similar tool that would allow me to collaborate more closely with the missionaries and help better organize the work in our ward.

I would appreciate any guidance on how I can request access or use this application effectively in my responsibilities as a mission leader. I look forward to your response and thank you for your time and attention.

The Area Book Planner app was renamed Preach My Gospel some time ago. It is only available to missionaries. There is no means available to give access permissions to ward members regardless of calling. Some of what is in the Preach My Gospel app shows up in the Covenant Path Progress app in LCR. If there is a case you can make for needing access to information that is in the Preach My Gospel app that is not available in Covenant Path Progress for your calling then you can submit feedback for that app using the Send Feedback link at the bottom of the web page.

It's important to note the missionaries have to manually add someone to show up on the Covenant Path Progress Report, so you may need to ask them to add the people they are teaching. Recent converts show up automatically though.
