I'm the HCr assigned as the Stake SBR/PFR in our Stake and have managed our current eLock system for the past 1-1/2 years since it was installed.
For some Stakes like ours, where we were already converted to the Sicunet electronic lock system just a year and a half ago, having to transition to Kindoo now will be very challenging because our FM Manager has told us that they will take out the Sicunet system and replace it with the Kindoo system all in the same day. Converting an entire Stake of 400+ eLock users will be much more difficult than migrating from key locks to an eLock system.
We were told 10 days ago that we would be changed to Kindoo in a week, but we haven't been given any further updates since. I have asked for any type of training available so I can do some homework in advance, but nothing has been provided. I really wish there was better coordination and training available since the decision has been made to use the Kindoo system through out all Ward and Stake buildings.
To restate previous info provided of this thread, the pool of Kindoo licences provided to the Stake will cost $20 for each licence. A licence is required for each user configured in the system.

Yeah, the changeout has been interesting to see all the people who suddenly have a key that no longer works, and should not have had a key based on their current calling. It's cleaned up a lot of issues.
Kindoo itself doesn't talk to the internet. It's strictly a Bluetooth connection to the phone app. It's really a very simple device. The phone needs internet, since the core of the Kindoo system is cloud-based. That's where the authentication happens.

If there are unused wires in the Sicunet cabling, it may be possible to piggyback Kindoo on the system and run both at the same time for a transition period. I've done that in a few of our buldings, where we had that luxury. In most cases, the spare wires aren't there, so we had to do a direct cutover. When possible, we convert one building in the stake to Kindoo, and give all leaders access to that building so they can practice with it (assuming the stake isn't spread out for miles and miles). We have done some conversions where we had to cut over in the same day. We just trained the stake Kindoo managers, had them configure all users in the Kindoo system ahead of time and then did the cutover. It worked with no significant issues.

I'm surprised your FM group isn't providing better coordination and training. I just trained another stake last night on Kindoo and they are diving in with no concerns at all. That training has been the magic formula to us receiving very few calls/questions/concerns about Kindoo. There are always initial fears, but once understood and implemented, it's been a very positive adoption. I'm honestly surprised that I don't get more calls/emails about it. It simply works.

Not sure if this was asked before or not. I have a member that is trying to get access to Kindoo on an iPhone. They are not able to log into their church account. They can use Chrome just fine on the same device to log into their church account, but Kindoo tries using Safari which does not work. Already asked them to restart their phone as well as update the OS. Wonder if there are other ideas.

They probably need to set Chrome as the default browser in iOS. Kindoo is likely just calling up the default browser. The Church seems to be pushing things toward Chrome.

It would be interesting to see if most other iOS Kindoo users are able to use Safari , or if there's similar issues seen with others on iOS. I know I extremely dislike an app forcing me to change a default, regardless of how much easier it makes it for the app developers. Perhaps if there are other iOS users who successfully have Safari work with Kindoo, that might lead to other questions.

And yes, although I personally like Chrome, I do see a parallel in what the Church is trending towards with having Chrome be the preferred browser :| ...

I wonder what the minimum iOS is. Kindoo shows it requires iOS 12.4 or later, but Member Tools requires iOS 16.0 or later. I'm not sure how the login to the church account works.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
