Attempting to order a 1-year subscription to the Liahona, it is no longer available for purchase. It is available in NA West and I am in Oregon yet still unable to purchase a subscription. Please help.

Did you try the url https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/tools/magazine-subscriptions?lang=eng"? Using the online store menu Magazines/Subscriptions does not link to the new subscription ordering url. If you still have problems, contact the online store help by email at help@store.churchofjesuschrist.org or by phone at 1-800-537-5971 (USA and Canada only).

For all others interested in the new no fee Church magazine subscriptions see the Newsroom article Church Begins Offering Its Magazines at No Cost. More questions are answered in the Church Magazines at No-Cost FAQ article.

When you use the magazine subscription link, what do you see? I'm in the North America Northeast Area, and after a few click-throughs I get the expected message box "Unavailable at this Time. The new print magazine subscription system will be available in your area on February 1, 2024". Do you see something similar when using an address from Oregon, and if not, what is keeping you from getting the no-fee subscription?

I want to order the Liahone magazine for home use. I cannot find a place to do so. It is very frustrating as I like to have an actual copy in my hands. What am I supposed to do?

Church magazine subscriptions are in a no-cost transition period. It began on 1 August 2023 and will be complete on 1 February 2024. What area you live in determines whether you can subscribe using MagazineSubscriptions.ChurchofJesusChrist.org or whether you order the single-issue magazines at Store.ChurchofJesusChrist.org. You have the option to order single issues several months in advance if you are in the last areas to transition on 1 February 2024.

Based on your comment about not finding a place to order I assume you tried the magazine subscriptions link. If you are in one of the last areas to transition you will have gotten the Unavailable at this Time notice on the subscriptions page. In post #2 I posted the email contact number and the telephone number to get help making the single issues before your area is able to make the no-cost subscriptions.

It is interesting how long this process will take to get a magazine. Why does it take more than 3 months to process a subscription order? Ordered in March and still don't have my conference Liahona in June. In Australia. We are perplexed.

You may be seeing the result of the length of time it takes to deliver a general conference issue. My May (April Conference) issue did not arrive until late May in the U.S. The May and November issues are always several weeks late.

While the following FAQ answer may not meet your needs, your grandchildren can still have a free subscription:
How can I gift an annual subscription to a Church magazine?

Gift subscriptions for anyone living outside of your household have been discontinued. You can invite friends and family to subscribe by sending them a link to the subscription page via text message, social media, or email. If your intended recipient doesn’t have a Church account, they can sign up for one at Account.churchofjesuschrist.org. Alternately, you may send them a link to the online versions of the magazines.

You may also order a single magazine issue and have it shipped to the recipient’s address.

I subscribed to the no cost Liahona in late August when my paid subscription ran out. My account shows that I am subscribed and that my subscription expires October 2025, but I haven't received any issues since re-subscribing. The FAQ's don't offer any help and when I'm directed to the store for help, I don't see any "contact us" option.
