Falla al sincronizar la app
Primeramente quisiera comentar que estoy encantado con la app es maravillosa la amo. A pesar de esto me encuentro con un problema al sincronizar la app, desde hace un tiempo aparece un error de sincronización. Hay solución para este problema? Gracias por su ayuda

¿A qué aplicación te refieres? Las dos aplicaciones más comunes analizadas en el foro tecnológico son Member Tools y Gospel Library. Si pudiera identificar tanto la aplicación como el sistema operativo de su dispositivo, alguien podrá ofrecerle una solución.

Es la app biblioteca del evangelio. Tengo años este problema de fallo de sincronización.

Hola... Nadie responde a que se debe este fallo de sincronización que se genera en la biblioteca del evangelio impidiendo que los cambios o los registros que se realizan en un dispositivo los podamos ver reflejados en uno distinto usando la misma cuenta

For your awareness, this Tech Forum is not connected to the Church support team. Almost all Forum participants are regular members like yourself, with no inside knowledge, and some members participate regularly, others infrequently.
We can provide ideas and suggestions, but the best responses you will get come from specific questions, like "I am trying to do this specific task, and I get this specific result, any ideas why?". Just stating that "it doesn't work", may not generate a helpful response.
A previous post in this thread asked about the operating system that is being used. There's different behaviors of Apple vs Android, as well as various support issues of older versions of phone OS.

If you're on Android, you can tap your username in Gospel Library Settings and choose the option "Sign In Again" – I'm not sure if that will fix it, but it's worth trying!

Este problema también lo llevo yo hace años...definitivamente NOI sincroniza y las respuestas que he recibida son solo "copy and paste" del manual. He tenido que recurrir a aplicaciones externas para tomar notas, escribir cuadernos, etc, etc.....es muy tedioso y poco practico. La alternativa al parece es que usemos solo el teléfono celular ya que la sincronización en imposible y creo que definitiva ya que van años y esto nunca a funcionado, lamentable!

There are many many church members who are successfully syncing their notes and such from their cellphones or computers to their church account. But there's also some church members who have issues. This Tech Forum is not connected to Church Support so nobody here will have access to your personal account information, but there's a lot of knowledgeable Forum members who might have good ideas that can help you out. If you provide specific information, that might help more than simply saying "it doesn't work". For example, sometimes people use the Gospel Library App and don't realize they are not actually signed into their Church accounts on the app. Perhaps they never signed into their account on the app and are just using it. Or perhaps they were signed in at some point, and unknown to them the app signed them out of their account. At the top of Settings, you can see what username you're signed in as, and it's been mentioned that if there are recent sync errors those will show below your username.

Yo tengo 3 dispositivos Apple, IPhone, MacBook y IPad. Actualmente se sincroniza lo que hago desde la APP Biblioteca del evangelio en el celular y lo que veo desde el navegador del MacBook. Pero no así en el IPad. He cerrado sesión y vuelto a ingresar pero sin éxito, sólo aparece el mensaje “fallo de sincronización”. Quedo atento.
PD: hago notas en un discurso desde la APP en IPad, luego veo en MacBook y cero problemas, luego veo en IPad y no sincroniza.
