Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Work with your ward clerk to make sure your birthdate is accurate, and you have the correct MRN attached to your account.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Hi am the the ward Clerk of my ward and I am having a issue with one member of my ward he is habit trouble creating a Church account but when I type in his record number nothin shows up he just go baptized

Being as you have his MRN, that implies that his record creation was finalized and is not still pending. That's good.

I'm told some Church systems sync approximately overnight so that changes may take a day or so to be visible everywhere. For a brand-new member, I wouldn't be surprised if it took more than one day. If his MRN is not showing his information in LCR (or the app--after updating/syncing the app's data) in maybe 4-5 days, you could call GSD about the information not showing up in LCR. For anything significant about his Church Account, I'm told GSD will only talk with the member himself, not with the clerk.
