calendar won't load using Safari

#1

Post by lydiagood »

Hello. I have been unable to access the calendar when using Safari on my MacBook Air for awhile now, maybe a month? I am able to access it using my mobile device which would also be using Safari. And when using the same laptop I can access it using a different browser (Google Chrome). Is there something I need to update or a setting you may be aware of that might help me again have the ability to use my regular browser? I can login to the church's website just fine and haven't been unable to navigate to other options. But when I select Calendar it goes to a completely white screen and doesn't load anything at all.

I'd try using Private mode. If that works, then you need to clear out all the church cookies from your browser.

I don't know if it affects the calendar, but it's a common problem with church web pages.
