I am a stake clerk in a YSA stake. Many of my YSA leaders and members are unable to access the 2024 leadership training associated with General Conference. We follow the path to Gospel Library>Handbooks> Leadership Training. These YSA that report this difficulty report they can see training from 2023 and past years, but not 2024. My adult YSA leaders are able to see the training for 2024, just the YSA's are unable to access it.
Please advise

You might want to check what versions of Gospel Library are involved and when they last synced. It's possible that older versions are not getting updated content.

Re: Leadership Training 2024
We actually had the YSA, some who are in the stake presidency, download the most recent version of "Library" and the problem persisted. Its almost as if the most recent leadership training has a block depending on age. However these YSA were able to see past leadership training from 2023 and older. Any help is very appreciated.russellhltn wrote: ↑Sun Oct 27, 2024 12:44 pm You might want to check what versions of Gospel Library are involved and when they last synced. Re: Leadership Training 2024
The only age criteria that would be expected is age 18.
But 17 yo are not considered YSA since by definition they are not adults. So, I'd expect them to be "blocked" when attempting to call them into leadership positions.
All I can suggest is contacting support or sending feedback in the app.

I see it. Perhaps it just took a little longer for everything to be prepared for release.barwillhansen wrote: ↑Sun Oct 27, 2024 4:40 pm Its almost as if the most recent leadership training has a block depending on age. Re: Leadership Training 2024
Last year when I had access, I found that for the October 2023 GenConf, I had the Leadership Training for English but not Spanish . Tried a few ideas that didn't work, and finally the Refresh Data was what did the trick. But that option, interestingly, is currently now showing in my Gospel Library settings...

Re: Leadership Training 2024
Are they signed into Gospel Library, is their calling recorded (standard leadership calling, not a custom calling), and does their Church Account have their membership record number attached?
