There is no account with FedEx for general Church use. Church headquarters may have an account for their use, but local units do not have access to that. Speak with your ward clerk about your local printing needs. He will explain your local procedures to get printing support.

I also don’t know why FedEx would be involved. If it’s a print shop order, this would be reimbursed out of your organization’s budget. If you aren’t the president or the bishop, I’d contact them to see if it’s something they want and there is money in the budget.
At the ward level, I haven’t seen much use of a print shop for anything, as most things can be handled by the ward printer and/or copier.

While it might not be a part of most church meetings, it depends on the class. It might involve a color handout.
