The buttons disappeared, but in another user it appears

The buttons they had on the screen. initial ones disappeared, but when my friend logs into his account it appears normally what happened to my account and who do I talk to?

Try uninstalling the app, rebooting your device, and then reinstalling the app from the play store.

I've already uninstalled, I've cleared app data, I've restarted the phone and I've tried it on another phone. This is one thing with my account, because another account in that same one. cell phone appears normally.
