LDS Account Support and Help

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

My Aunt is having trouble log in? We have try many thing. It Telling her, her member number is associated with another account.

Your aunt should contact her ward or branch clerk for the phone number of the Global Service Center. They will be able to sort it out for her. She will have to call, they will not talk to you or the clerk about it, only to her directly.

Please help me! For months, when I try to access my ldstools account I have gotten the message “member tools is not available.” What is the solution?

Odds are it's one of two things: Your phone is too old to run the current version of tools, or your membership record is no longer in any ward.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I keep trying to go to the online store to purchase new garments but every time it logs me out automatically and then does not allow me to log back in in the store. Not sure what else to do to order new garments.

This is a characteristic of the cookie build-up problem. Try using the incognito/private mode of your browser. If that works then delete all cookies and clear the cache for the Church website.

I am a church history museum docent recently incorporated into the Church Headquarters Mission. As a result, I have different accounts and passwords that have caused me much difficulty with my account, ancestry.org and my ward directory. I have been able to verify and get on my account but seem to be locked out with the prompt saying "there is a difficulty regarding my data. Can anyone assist this with this? Hilma Bellessa

Contact the Global Services Department (GSD). They can help you with your Church Account.
