Meraki switch "dormant" but some devices on it are still working

We have a set of 4 Meraki MS120 managed switches in our stake center. One of them in CNM shows a status of "dormant," but the devices connected to it (APs, at least, I haven't verified the computers connected to it) are still working fine. However, if I try to connect a new wired network device (the Ethernet port on the pulpit is connected to this switch, and I'm trying to connect a device to it for streaming), it doesn't connect. I've power-cycled the switch a few times but there's no change. I'm a little hesitant to do a factory reset on a Saturday, but might come during the week to do so. Any suggestions other than a factory reset?

Make sure the ports are set correctly. Perhaps the port the pulpit is connected to is "disabled". You could try power cycling it.
