No internet on Liahona for phones
Has anyone else had a problem with losing the internet connections on the Liahona network for phones connecting? My laptop works fine but my phone and other phones now show with "Connected without internet". The Lehi network does not have the same issue.

You're most likely running into a splash screen issue, where the screen won't come up.
I'd suggest bookmarking https://guestwirelesstermsofuse.churchofjesuschrist.org and go to that when you find you're cut off.
Another possibility is if your phone is running a different DNS then what is assigned by the network. Perhaps as part of a security or filtering app.

For a shorter URL I've found to also work:
captive.apple.com
That brings up the splash screen on my android device marvelously.

At this point, I think the "magic" is to go to a site that you haven't been to in a while. At least 24 hours - enough time for the device to drop that site from it's dns cache.
