I need to fix missing information in my line of authority it "tools" and I don't know where to start. Can you please help me?

Do you know the correct information and are asking how to get it updated or are you asking how to find the missing information?

I’m actually interested in this topic as well. I moved to a new ward and when my record came through all of my Aaronic Priesthood ordinations were missing as well as my ordination to high priest. I’m not sure who to ask or how to recover that information. My ward clerk isn’t either. Any help is appreciated.
