I need to fix missing information in my line of authority it "tools" and I don't know where to start. Can you please help me?

I’m actually interested in this topic as well. I moved to a new ward and when my record came through all of my Aaronic Priesthood ordinations were missing as well as my ordination to high priest. I’m not sure who to ask or how to recover that information. My ward clerk isn’t either. Any help is appreciated.

I'd suggest using the e-mail method found at Request a Priesthood Line of Authority.

That will start a conversation where you can share what you have and they'll research it.
