The FAQ's don't offer any help and when I'm directed to the store for help, I don't see any "contact us" option.

Look at the bottom of the online store page in the grey footer. There is a Contact Us link there. Once on the Contact Us page the telephone number is displayed for the country selected.

I'm having the same issue; I ordered the Friend magazine back in June and here it is November, and I havnt received it yet. I don't see a "contact us" anywhere.

Two ideas:

1) Can you access the magazine subscription webpage using the link in the second post in this thread? What does it show you? When I go to that page, I can verify it shows the correct magazine choices that I have selected, and I can also verify my mailing address.

2) Can you access the "Contact Us" link as described in the previous post? The direct link should be https://store.churchofjesuschrist.org/contact. When I access that webpage, I see the info described by @jdlessley.

I have signed up for 3 different subscriptions. I signed up about 6 months ago and still have not received any of the magazines. Is there anyway to check on this? Or call someone?

The Online Store has a Contact Us page with the number to call them for issues with your subscription order.
