I am a Stake Clerk. One of our members needs to complete YPT, as a Temple worker, but is unable to access YPT from her Church account. Should she contact Church tech support?

Has she tried clearing browser cache and deleting relevant cookies? Is she sure her MRN is on her Church Account?

Unless something has changed, training wasn't limited to calling.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
