LCR Down?

I'm getting a 502 and 403 error today when trying to access LCR. My fellow counselor is as well.

Our LCR is down as well today. The finance clerk and both counselors click on LCR. When we click on LCR from our dashboard, the LCR won't load and we receive the following error:

An error occurred while processing your request.

Suspected server failure or other major malfunction. Getting same results here for several hours.

It is working fine now. It may have been momentarily down for about 40 minutes. But that happens quite often on Sundays.

It’s been down a lot for several days, which is frustrating as I am in the middle of overhauling the ministering routes and need to coordinate some assignments with our Elders Quorum president. As the Relief Society president, I really need to access the LCR. Is there a way to do that other than the church website?

I recommend pushing a complaint up through your bishopric to the stake presidency and seeing if they will elevate it. We frequently have LCR issues in our stake and our stake president pushed up a complaint to the Area Seventy who is pushing it up to the Area Presidency. Maybe with enough complaining they will do something about it because it is a common issue.
