From my experience, although a tracking number is provided, like you I have found that an online way of using this isn’t available. Give it a couple of weeks and if the order doesn’t arrive, then contact the online store for an update.

You're not going to find the answer in a public tech forum.

Go to store.churchofjesuschrist.org, click on the "person" icon in the upper right, sign in, and click on "My Order". From there you should see a tracking number that you can use to see the progress.

From personal experience, it's pretty slow, even by USPS standards.

I think your best bet is to call the Online Store with your question. When I go to https://store.churchofjesuschrist.org/ and select "Contact Us" at the bottom of the webpage, I get a new page where I can specify my country, and then it shows the corresponding phone number to call.

Did you try the suggestion in the post immediately before yours? There's also additional ideas shared previously in this thread. Could you let us know if you have tried those options, and what you found when trying the suggestions?
