Updating LDS Account Information

we created the account but we did not receive the verification code, then we close the page and tried going back to verify and we could not find it again.

Can you be more specific about what it is that you were unable to find?

If you did not write down or remember the username, the usual account recovery options (ending with asking the ward clerk for help and/or the phone number for GSD) will likely help. Please see this 'read this first' thread: https://tech.churchofjesuschrist.org/fo ... hp?t=30383

i have 4 adult specialneed individuals and my grandchildren. I need to be able to help them with their accounts. Already one of the adults have set up 2 or 3 LDS accounts. They may or may not write the account information down. This makes it hard for me to clean it up. The same individual has set up 2 family search accounts and some ancestry LDS accounts. The information is not correct. Please help me have access so that i can start to correct these accounts. Even the DNA was sent to the wrong accounht on Ancestry. Thank you

You can contact Global Services Department. But I have doubts if they'll let you manage other's accounts. But they will work with that person.
