Unable to download Gospel Library for Windows

Several times over the last week or so I've tried to download Gospel Library for Windows from the Microsoft App Store and have been unable to download it. The following error is returned by the app store (this is from time given):

What version of Windows are you using or trying to download to? Windows 10 or Windows 11?

Are you able to install other apps from the Microsoft App Store?
Have you tried restarting your computer (to maybe clear out some cached store data)?

There was a Microsoft outage last week that could potentially be related. If that was the cause, I'd expect it to be working now.
