Recommend Question

I am a counselor in the stake presidency. A bishop mistakenly conducted a TR interview instead of a tithing declaration (it was an elderly sister who didn't question) and submitted it to the stake. Her recommend does not expire until late 2025. Is there a way to remove that recommend from the queue?

I believe your answer will be in the Section titled Activate or change the Status of Temple Recommends, in the temple recommend section of LCR. Go down to the bold heading Change Recommend Status, then Using LCR, item 3, 4th bullet point. Hopefully that will not invalidate the current recommend.
