I am wondering if there is a way to print a blessing certificate that includes both parents names on it?
I have a sister who was born in the 80s, and for some legal reasons, needs a certificate that includes her name and her parents names on it. She has seen baby blessing certificates from years ago that include this, and is hoping I can print a similar one for her. However, when I go to print the certificate in LCR, it only says the date she was blessed, and by whom. There is no mention of "Son/Daughter of <mother and father>".
Is there a way for me to include this on the form as well? Or does the form just no longer print that way?
Thank you for any suggestions.

Re: Printing a Blessing Certificate that includes parents names
One concern I have is that being printed years later, it may not be accurate. Unless something has changed, the church records only has the current legal parents, which is not necessarily the biological parents. It could change due to adoption.

It sounds to me like she wants a birth certificate.
