What is the timeline of an EFT transfer for an expense?

#1

Post by frozenfrank82 »

A member submitted an expense on 11/24, which was approved the same day. They are now saying they did not receive it. All I can see is the last 4 of the account, and that the EFT cleared. I can't see the date it cleared or posted to their account. Is there a way to see this in the Finances?

I'd suggest sharing the last 4 with the member. Make sure it got sent to the account they expected it to get sent to.

Not that I'm aware of. The Global Service Department may be able to see more information. They should have received an email notifying them of the reimbursement. They may want to look for it in spam as well as checking the last 4 digits as russelhltn suggests.
