This sub-forum is specific to the Gospel Library application for mobile cellphones. I think perhaps your question is better posed in the Online Donations sub-forum.

That said, many of us have issues with cookie-buildup on the church webpages, where different pieces of functionality behave weirdly/wrongly. The first suggestion is to try using a private browsing session, which will avoid referencing any unintended cookie pollution. If you are unfamiliar with how to do this, you could also find another computer (or get with your ward clerk on Sunday), and see if it works there.

In the United States you cannot pay your tithing on the member app; you must use the Church web page. Don't know about other countries.

It is the same in both Australia and Ghana. So it would be safe to assume that it'd happen worldwide.
