Cannot log into store.churchofjesuschrist.org
Recently, I have not been able to log into store.churchofjesuschrist.org. I've ordered garments and such from it in the past, but now, no matter what I do, no matter what device, no matter what browser, it refuses to let me log in. So now I cannot order garments or anything. My account seems to work on all other church sites. Is there any formal process I can go through to get this matter resolved?

I just checked and had no issue logging onto the site.
You mentioned your account seems to work on all other church sites. But after logging onto the ChurchofJesusChrist.org can you get into the Calendar or the Ward Directory and Map? If not then your MRN is not registered in your Church Account profile.
After clicking the Sign In button and entering your Church Account credentials, do you get any messages? Does the online store landing page appear or does something else happen? When I sign in there is no change in the page appearance. I confirm I am logged in by clicking the profile icon. When logged on I see the Sign In button is replaced with the My Store Account menu and my username appears below the menu title. Do you see that after signing in?

Yep, I can get into Calendar, directory, things related to my calling, etc.

So, to add more information. If I'm already logged into my church account, I navigate to the store. I'm not signed in, I select the sign in option (but since I'm already signed into churchof jesuschrist.org I assume it already has my credentials) the page reloads and I'm still not signed into the store and I can't view garments etc.
If navigate there not already signed in (just using the store link directly), it will prompt me for my user name, password, 2FA and reload and I'm signed out.

The online store is not set up to use the single-sign-on. The store requires a sign in regardless of whether a sign in has occurred for any other Church website/webpage.

Regardless of whether it requires or recognizes SSO, it seems to respond differently if you are already signed in or not, but with that said, the main problem is not whether it supports SSO, it is that it refuses to sign me in meaning I cannot see any temple garments to order.

I should note that I've tried clearing browser caches, and running it in various different browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc. I've run this on Mac and Android. It is highly reproducible for me. If it isn't affecting others, then it seems there may be something specifically wrong with my account, possibly some corruption in the database? I'm just not sure how to get someone to look into it...

Any follow up to this issue? I'm having the same problem and have been since mid-December. Login works fine on all church sites (including this one) but the store page just cycles through an interstitial and returns me back to whatever page I sent the login request from. At first I assumed it was something to do with the clothing store in particular, some sort of extra step to verify temple recommends, but everything connected to the store gives the same result. Navigate to a page and the order button will show "Sign in to Ship to Me". Clicking on this runs through the interstitial id.churchofjesuschrist.org/oauth2/default/v1/authorize with a client_id & redirect_uri which seems to correctly redirect to scmscommerceecomd365.b2clogin.com/scmscommerceecomd365.onmicrosoft.com/oauth2/authresp which immediately returns to the original page. Doesn't matter if it is an attempt to log in from the dropdown menu or clicking to order a plastic oil vial, something isn't processing correctly.

I'm having the same problem, I’m not able to login in, everytime I click in sign in button, the pages refresh, and nothing, the sign in button is there again.
