My digital recommend was provided and activated by my stake president, however I am unable to access it on my mobile device.bi have tried everything to no avail. What can I do?

Just a wild guess, but you might try going into Settings and doing a data refresh. Sync doesn't always pick up the changes.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
