The same thing is happening to me. Error occurs after downloading and after signing in, while syncing.

Has this issue been resolved for anyone? I switched to a new iPhone SE and still can’t get tools to download. LDS tech support was no help. Super frustrating.

I purchased a new iphone and lDS Tools will not download. Can LDS Tech support help with this problem.

What iOS are you running? A "new to you phone" may be too old to run Member Tools.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
