Or if they’re gone forever and I should accept it and give up :)
If you still have the My Files app, you can take them off or possibly put them on Drive before uninstalling Maas. I don't believe you can get the apps back, but you don't necessarily need to

I've been home for about 5 years and I just found my device from my mission says that I need to contact my IT administrator to get back in. Any ideas who I should contact? When I was out I had a phone number to call for these type of issues but I don't remember it.

Thanks!

I'd contact GSD. Please see the post two posts above yours.

Mission pictures

Post by ifolau »

I have been home from my mission for 90 days now and I did all the steps my mission gave me so that I would be able to save all my pictures post mission. Now that it has been 90 days since being home, I have noticed that only a select few of my pictures saved to my non missionary email. I was told that making myself the owner of the album and saving them should have kept them to my current email but I'm now missing 90% of the pictures I had before. I would like to know if I am able to have my email opened for just a couple hours or days so that I can just download them instead of having them on google?

The Tech Forum has no connection with support. The forum is user-to-user discussion and collaborative self help. In situations like yours the first stop for help is your ward clerk. He can sit down with you to see where, or what, the issue is. If he cannot help you that way then he can give you the telephone number to support. In either case, someone will need to see what exactly you see on the web site/page, or what is missing, that is causing the problem. We can speculate but that would take considerable time that could take days or weeks to narrow down where the problem lies.
