Anyone one else (from a stake clerk perspective) have their 3rd quarter ward reports showing as unreported? We had all checkmarks last month, but now every ward in our stake is showing as unreported. I submitted a ticket, but I was just curious to see if it’s a widespread error.

Same thing happens to us. We had 10/11 submitted, then all of a sudden it reverted to 0/11.

You are looking at the date the user joined the forum on the right side of the page. The post date is on the left side of the page just under the post title and next to the poster's username. That thread was started on 1 Nov, 2025.

Ward Clerk here. I got a call from Global Support about my Q3 report. They said there were transmission errors in the quarterly reports from 6,000 units, and mine was one. They had reverted the report so I could re-input the section that did not transmit correctly (convert detail in my case), and resubmit. Once I did that, It showed up as completed with a new submission date of 6 Nov 2025, the date I resubmitted.

Yes, there was a widespread problem. They called at least this one Ward Clerk to inform me.
