I’m a temple and family history leader. One of the goals on our plan is for every member in the ward, age 12 and older, have a familysearch account, how can I determine this?
Another goal is for all members, 12 and older, have for generations.
Another goal is for all members, 12 and older, to submit at least one name to the temple.
How can I access/monitor the status of these goals?i

I think you will have to ask members to self-report this information. There is a report that shows how many members have submitted at least one name to the temple this year, but it doesn't report who (that is by design).
