100 address limit on email confirmations
When a broadcast email is sent out through LUWS, the sender receives a confirmation email listing the addresses it was sent to. It only lists 100 addresses. How confident are we that the cap is only on the feedback email, and not on the total emails actually sent? It would be nice to remove this limitation (you could make the inclusion of the list an option) so the sender has a valid record of who it was sent to.

If you have more than 100 email addresses on your list, then you should receive more than one confirmation email. For example, when our Stake Website guy sends out a message, he receives 6-8 confirmation emails, each listing 100 addresses. I think if you have exactly 100 addresses, then you'll still only get one.
