New CUFS

I have vague memories of seeing an example of what the new CUFS (or whatever it is going to be called) will look like. Does anyone know where/if I can find that? I have a training meeting with the bishops in our stake this week and wanted to walk through the new features.

The thread you're thinking of is Local Unit Financial Statement Part two. There have been some changes since that prototype was posted, but that gives you the basic idea.

After looking over these sample reports (which may or may not reflect the actual reports after the transition), I noticed no place for the clerk or bishop to attest that they have reviewed it. I wonder if the final form will require a signature?

Also, any idea on whether the stake report will include a list of the wards' action items? That would sure be helpful from the Stake monitoring/follow up standpoint.

The new finance statements will definitely require a signature for priesthood leader and clerk. The CUBS product manager sent me sample statements for my stake last month, and there were places for signatures.

That will also be happening, but it's in the new Consolidated Financial Statement, which replaces the Stake Financial Summary. Note that the Church Unit Banking Services (CUBS) wiki article says:
Consolidated Statement (This statement replaces the current "Stake Financial Summary" received by the Stake.) The Action Items section has an "Unresolved Financial Transactions" section. The statement is not specific on what these items consist of. It says to talk to the unit. They don't know and I don't want to ask them and look like I don't know what I'm talking about. How can I get information on these items without calling Church headquarters? Instructions suggest following up with the ward clerk to resolve this.
Clearly, this says that the stake clerk will see an "unresolved financial transactions" section and follow up with the ward clerk, so these are ward items.

Just as a note of caution, it's unclear if that message is specific to your unit or global to all units being converted this week.

Nonetheless, it's good to hear that it appears to be on-track.

The message is specific to your unit. Pete has quoted the pop up you will receive after the successful Send/Receive that downloads the CUBS files to your unit computer.

Five of our units were financially functional early this afternoon following S/Rs for other reasons. It appears that CHQ has had a good week.
