Geo Codes in MLS

HOW TO UPDATE AND INPUT HOUSEHOLD WARD GEO CODES (ZONES) INTO MLS


a.Go to Membership
b.Household GEO Codes
c.Beside the name, click “add” (or the value under “Ward GEO Code” if there is one)
d.A pop-up box appears.

Note: Every time you put in a new GEO Code, the system remembers it for future use.

This is NICE, because YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TYPOS OR CASE-SENSITIVE PROBLEMS HERE! Just be consistent here, and you will have flawless reports later!

Use “Z"ZONE 01” “ZONE 02” “ZONE 03” or District etc.


e.Enter in your GEO Code, or click on the Magnifying glass to select one you have already input. Be careful, so you are consistent!


f.Repeat this step until ALL household have been assigned a GEO Code
