First, I have done a few searches on this subject and haven't come up with any responses so excuse me if this has been brought up before.
I have a few names from our ward that appear in all capitals when accessing membership information from LDS.org. They don't appear that way on MLS, although they did at one time. I have attempted to change this using MLS and have been successful with some of the names. Usually what I do is erase the name, re-type in the name again and do a send and receive, then wait a few hours and refresh LDS.org and sometimes the name changes, sometimes it doesn't.
Has anyone had this problem before and how did you deal with it? I mean, heck, it's not a deal breaker, just annoying but it makes me look like a doofus for not changing what seems easy to change. Thanks in advance!
