Large Photo in Directory
A recently uploaded photo in the ward directory appears 4 times larger than all the other photos in the "Manage Photos" section. Also, when you view the household, and click on the thumbnail, it comes up very large. Prior to this upload, all photos were scaled down to a certain size.

Recently LDSTools (the mobile app on smartphones) added the ability to upload photos directly from the phone to the directory. Unfortunately their photo size settings were off for the first few days after their release. As a result, photos uploaded through LDSTools during this time are too large when viewed in some areas of the directory.
You can delete the photo and re-upload if you need the issue resolved right away. Otherwise, when 2.1 of the Directory is released, the photo handling will be upgraded to handle larger sized images. 2.1 is scheduled 1 - 2 months from now.
