Auditor lost his username and password

Auditor lost his username and password

Hi.
One of our auditors have lost his username and password.
He does not remember the e-mail he used to create his account.
What can be done?

I'm assuming that this is an LDS Account. He should go to ldsaccount.lds.org and click the "Can't sign in" button. It will step him though the process necessary to recover the account.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

We already had tried that, no success...

What exactly happened? There is a point where you can send in the problem for resolution.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

He forgot his username and password from his lds account.
He forgot the e-mail used to create the account, so, he can't ask for a password change.
Maybe with his member's number would be possible to change the e-mail...
I have not seem this option on his account, although I have seem this option in other member's lds account.

You might want to read this thread. It goes through the process in some detail. But it also uncovered that the procedure for his account didn't work the same.
