GRILLED BBQ CHICKEN CHILE WRAPS Sherri Burt

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts

3 TBSP Italian Salad Dressing

½ Cup Barbeque Sauce

Green Chile Strips

1 Cup Shredded Cheese

1 medium tomato, chopped

4 large (10 inch) flour tortillas

Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush chicken with dressing. Grill chicken 6-8 min. on each side or until cooked through, brushing with ½ of the barbeque sauce during last few minutes. Thinly slice chicken.

Spoon remaining barbeque sauce down center of tortillas. Top with chicken, Chiles, Cheese & tomato. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla; roll up burrito style.

Grill seam-sides down 8-9 min. or until golden brown, turning after 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.

This is a forum for supporting the Newsletter feature on LDS.org -- it is not the actual Newsletter. Perhaps you intended to post this recipe on your ward's Newsletter. If so, I'd recommend that you contact your ward clerk or someone else in the ward who has rights to post articles on the Newsletter.

This may not be the news letter. But you have to admit that recipe sure does sound good. I think I know what I'm having for dinner.:)

I think we need more threads with the letters "BBQ" in the title.

It was fun while it lasted, but since this thread is not particularly relevant to LDSTech, it is now closed.
