Do your Stake Technology Specialists typically have logins on MLS? If so, what level of access do they have?

In our stake we set up a Stake Administrator account as an out-of-unit administrator account for each ward's MLS. That was the account typically used by me as STS when I needed to help with something. But it's rare that I need to use it -- I probably only average once a year in total across all the wards in my stake.
